Maya Chen said: I've got about ten minutes before a carrier call. What are you here to show me?
You said: Thanks for making time, Maya. Before I pitch anything, how are your dispatchers planning routes today?
Maya Chen said: Spreadsheets, mostly, and a lot of phone calls when a driver calls in sick. It works, just not quickly.
You said: Our planner rebuilds the day's routes in minutes when someone is out, so dispatch stops firefighting.
Maya Chen said: We tried a routing tool two years ago. It cost a fortune and my team never used it.
You said: That's fair, and I'd be skeptical too. What if we started with one depot for a month, and you only continue if your dispatchers actually use it?
Maya Chen said: One depot I could probably sell upstairs. Who on my side would have to set it up?
Every score points at a line you said
The call ends with a score out of 100 and seven rubric scores, each with a reason. Pick one to see the words it's based on. Quotes are checked against your transcript, so none are made up.
Objection handling counts double here, because it's the skill being practiced.
Objection handling, 4 out of 5 (counts double)
Acknowledged the bad past experience, then answered it with a low-risk pilot.

Before you sign up
More on sessions and scoring is on how it works.
Is the practice partner a real person?
No. It's software that plays a buyer, say a busy operations lead or a skeptical manager. It is labelled for what it is everywhere it appears, an AI model or a scripted demo, and if you sincerely ask whether it's human, it tells you.
Do I have to talk out loud?
No, you can type. Voice uses your browser's own speech recognition, with captions always on. If your browser can't do speech, or you'd rather not, text mode is one click away.
What does the scorecard measure?
Clarity, value and relevance, structure, discovery questions, objection handling, confidence and language, and the call to action. Each gets a score from 1 to 5, a reason, and a quote of what you said when there is one. The rubric line tied to the skill you practiced counts double in the overall score.
Who can see my practice sessions?
Only you. When you apply to a job you can share one scorecard with that employer, and it stops being shared if you delete the session or withdraw the application. Transcripts are deleted after 180 days.
What does it cost?
Nothing. There are no payments or subscriptions. By default, each student can start 5 practice sessions a day and 30 a month, which keeps the practice partner quick for everyone.
Who can sign up?
Anyone 18 or older. Students sign up to practice and apply for jobs. Employers sign up with a work email to post roles and review applicants.
